We got back from our New Year's party, and immediately heard the welcome noise of Haley wanting to be let out of her room. (We lock the cats up separately.) This is usually a sign that she wants to be fed, and is done with the Hiding and Sleeping phase. She ran out, and ate her supper, and is acting normal. So I'm not going to give her the pain med, cause she doesn't appear to be in pain and the side effects are too crappy.
And so, hopefully, we return to our regularly scheduled cat life. Thank-you for everyone's concern and well wishes. :-)
