Let's Go Mode (as my step-mommy would call it)

This one's above 300 000, but it's a beaut. The upper floor (mine) is bright, uncarpeted, with my three bedrooms (a little one to sleep in, a big one for office, a third for guests), and a nice deck. Downstairs Fernando has his own bathroom, two family rooms (one for sleeps, one for TV), a "computer area" for Warcraft, and a workshop for all his woodworking dreams. And notice how the workshop is fenced in, so he can't take over the back yard. ;-) Room to build an outdoor cat house.

Are you ready to move Fernando? Oh wait... can't afford it.
The open main floor features original re-done oak floors almost throughout (including the three bedrooms) cove ceilings, a pedestal sink in the updated bath, a feature fireplace and larger corner windows in the living room. The kitchen, also updated, has two skylights, chair rails, an eating nook and access to the 21' x 14' deck and the fenced back yard. Downstairs has a second bath, two family rooms, a computer area and a large workshop with outside access. Immaculate inside and out and lovingly owned by the same family for 35 years. Great central location, close to schools, shopping, bus routes and the hospital.
It's also in the nabe that I like. My dad drove me around it (and other areas) so I could see in person what they're like. This nabe is near a lovely park, a 10 min bus ride to get downtown, and a 30 min bus ride to go out to the big box stores and movies. Let's go!
