Thanks to Abu Farhan, and to an idea from Blogger Pluggins which allowed me to hack it so it would show more than 500 posts. Unfortunately I'm not a very good hack, so I couldn't keep it from interrupting with little "Abu Farhan!" advertisements every 500 lines. It'll have to do for now. I guess we're still in the pioneering days of blogging Table of Contents for laypeople.
