Rosanne Cash's latest album is based on a list her father gave her when she was 18, of the best 100 country songs, cause he felt she didn't know enough country music. Cool idea for an album. And now she's ready to make the next 9 albums!

I think that's the best version of the song I've heard. Maybe because she changes up the phrasing a little - syncopates? it just enough to keep my ear from falling into the groove worn from thousands of previous listenings. And the bass line ... thump... thu thump ... also helps that way. Very nice. I may have to explore more of her albums.

Roseanne's music seems to lean more towards folk than country, mostly...? Nice touch on a song.
