I just heard on the radio that someone was murdered in my apartment building last night! They didn't give our address, but it was us! I was even awake at the time, but didn't hear a thing--must have been the other side of the building. I think it happened after a fight or something.

ReplyDeleteI think a couple of people got robbed in my building when I lived in PA, but no murders! Sheesh!
Oddly, it doesn't feel scary. I guess because it seems to have been a fight between two people that ended in someone getting killed-which makes it personal between them. As opposed to a break-in, or someone going around killing their neighbors. Or maybe I'm crazy.
